Interested in joining us?
Alumni, Associate Members, and Program Participants with alumni status are eligible to:
— Become a member of the Harvard Alumni Kazakhstan (HAK) and pay annual membership fees defined by the Board of Trustees
— Propose his/her candidacy for the Board of Trustees membership and HAK leadership positions and be elected to these positions
— Create, organize, and participate in Shared Interest Groups within the HAK members’ community that align with the HAK development vision and get the BoT’s approval
— Participate in/organize closed/open free events (networking events, discussion platforms, webinars, educational and informational sessions, etc.) and paid events
— Be included in the internal HAK members’ networking channels
— Represent HAK’s position in media and other platforms if delegated by the Board of Trustees
Program Participants with no alumni status are eligible to:
— Participate in open free events based on individual invitations, and any paid events (eligible for a discount)
— Use advantage of a variety of networking and programming options, excluding access to the HAK’s internal networking channels
Process of becoming an HAK member
1. Alumni fill out an application online form and provide information about the year of graduation, program title, and alumni category.
2. HAK membership team checks the credentials of alumni on the Harvard Alumni Directory to confirm the status.
3. Once confirmed alumni pay annual membership fees to bank account details provided by the HAK membership team.
